We are looking for a Student who strives to provide an excellent service in a hectic environment. This is an opportunity for you to learn and develop yourself personally and professionally by working in a high-performance unit.

 

About the position

 

Your duties will be very varied and ranged from ordering and servicing meeting rooms to taking care of inventory or supporting colleagues. NAM Secretariat is a team of 8 people in Nordea Asset Management based in the Nordic countries, performing a broad range of tasks - from executive secretary activities to planning and implementation of customer events and internal seminars, travel arrangements and various task on a daily basis.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Providing excellent customer service with a smile
  • Helping with practical things, like booking travels, handling and dispatching mail, printing and binding documents etc.
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks
  • Taking care of inventory and ordering goods by contacting internal and external suppliers

NAM Secretariat provides professional & unique support on various tasks that add value to the employees in NAM and to our organisation cross border. This role is based on-site at our Stockholm office, requiring your physical presence during working hours.

  • Super-user of Microsoft Office Package
  • Native Swedish speaker
  • Good skills in spokenand written English
  • Works independently and at the same time is a great team player
  • Is optimistic, smiling and always ready to help colleagues and customers
  • You have a strong drive

 

We offer a student position with a working time of 15-20 hours per week, of course with flexibility during exam periods.
