Would you like to support the Climate and Nature team with company assessments, support in building our tools and solutions? We are now looking for a student for our team in Responsible Investment.
Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. NAM is the largest asset manager in the Nordics with the vision of being a leading European Asset Manager. We want to do this by delivering returns with responsibility. We meet customer demands and guide our customers in the right direction in asset selection while ensuring prudent ESG practices. About our team
Responsible Investment is a team of 25 professionals with a strong profound interest in Sustainability, Active ownership, modelling and data. The team is based across three offices Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo. You will join the Climate and Nature team in Responsible Investment, responsible for our leading climate and nature research, tools, and solutions. We are a leading ESG team, which has won several prizes over the past 10 years for our ESG research approach. Our ambition is to be the best Responsible Investment team globally, by delivering high quality research, stewardship and products to our clients and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
- ESG Data screening and structuring.
- Reporting activities related to Climate and Nature.
- Climate and Nature research and analysis.
- Supporting us in building and developing our Nature data platform.
- Supporting in other ad-hoc tasks.
The role is based in Stockholm with 15-20 hours/week. You will report to Head of Climate & Nature, Cecilia Fryklöf.
Who you are
This is the right role if you:
- Have an appreciation for working with data, coding python and collaborate on projects through git.
- Have solid stakeholder management skills and are capable of building and maintaining (healthy, effective, lasting or cooperative) relations.
- Have good communication skills, both on a high level and a detailed level, and ability to bring this forward and present new ideas to stakeholders and customers.
- Have an analytical mindset (creative thinker, intuitive approach, dynamic thought process and a holistic perspective), with a strong understanding of both the detailed and high-level perspective.
- Are an dedicated collaborator who thrives in a diverse team.
- Ability to facilitate process improvements, taking the whole value chain perspective.
Your background and skills include:
- Master-level student with 2 years left until graduation.
- Experience in PowerPoint and Excel required, knowledge in VBA or previous coding experience and keenness to develop new skills is necessary.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
