About us

 

Nordea Finance’s Partner & Customer Service operate across Customer Journeys. In Customer Lifecycle Services Journey we handle around 3.400 customer contacts on daily basis. We serve customers in 5 locations; Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Estonia and collaborate closely with colleagues in Poland.

 

You will be leading a team of 12 members, including one dedicated Business Analyst. Team is responsible for Nordea’s corporate customers with asset financing (Car financing, Equipment financing) during their lifecycle. The team provides service via phone and emails to our corporate customers in this area. You will collaborate closely with Nordea Bank, which acts as a distribution channel.

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • You will help the team succeed in setting the foundation for reaching our 2030 strategy and annual targets. You will as well be part of the Customer Lifecycle Services Journey leadership team and work with your colleagues to drive common success
  • You report to the Head of Customer Lifecycle Services Journey. We work closely together as a leadership team together towards our common targets – and we also have fun while doing it

 

You are expected to:

  • Get a strong grip on all services and processes the team is responsible for and develop them towards more aligned and harmonized set-up
  • Ensure your business targets will be achieved and lead your team by using data
  • Lead documenting, optimizing & harmonize processes, while facilitating continuous improvements to reach given efficiency targets
  • Leverage AI as an opportunity and inspire your team to do the same
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships within the whole organization and towards stakeholders
  • Build a high performing team through feedback, coaching and assessment, as well as building atmosphere of trust and cooperation between team members

Your background and skills include:

  • +3 years of leadership experience
  • Proven experience in leading change initiatives
  • Financial sector experience
  • Experience across large organisations or complex environments is an advantage
  • Excellent in collaboration and communication 
  • Skills/interest in AI and good skills in MS-software
  • Professional language skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral)
