About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Technology team. We add value by making high class customer experiences and high quality tech solutions. As the Test Lead, you’ll play a valuable role in making sure that the business and IT agenda is delivered with high quality.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be responsible for securing the overall quality of IT deliveries
  • Be responsible for way of working in test area adheres to Nordea Guidelines and other frameworks
  • Continuously implement and improve test methodology in the organisation, both for IT and business
  • Be responsible for Nordea Life & Pension Swedens test strategy
  • Coordinating test environments, and planning and performing of different levels of test
  • Drive test automation initiatives
  • Coordinate with Nordea centrally, as well as external vendors regarding test activities
  • Secure test enablers such as test environments and test data management 
  • Secure the test scheduling in alignment with release- and deployment plans 
  • Secure that the test evidence to changes is provided before going live decisions

Your experience and background:

  • Professional experience from working with test management tools, as well as experience in managing functional- and non-functional testing, E2E-testing, test automation, test environment and test data management 
  • Stakeholder management
  • Knowledge regarding test automation
  • Swedish insurance industry domain knowledge
  • Lumera experience is considered an advantage
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
