Corporate & Institutions Capability in Group Credit Management are now looking for a Senior Change and Process Specialists, either in a business analyst, a product owner or a data analyst role, to drive and take part in realisation of our agenda.

 

About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Corporate & Institutions Capability team. We play a crucial role in developing and supporting processes for non-retail credit risk assessment, ESG assessment, rating assignment, financial statement analysis, limit management and credit decision as we act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. Our aim is to build sustainable processes and supporting tools that cater for the automation of corporate & institutions credit value chain to enable great customer experiences. You`ll play a valuable role in improving corporate & institutions credit processes in close dialogue with decision makers and stakeholders.

 

Your role would involve developing and optimizing processes across Corporate & Institutions Capability in one or more than one of the following roles: as business analyst, as product owner or as a data analyst. The roles constitutes of defining, clarifying and contributing to development of a strong rated credit value chain based on a data supported foundation, effective processes and highly efficient and integrated solutions. Achieving this happens through engagement with a diverse group of stakeholders to influence the development of innovative technology solutions.

 

What you will be doing:

 

Will a mixture of fixed and flexible assignments appeal to you? – The assignments now open may include business development on corporate credit processes, such as:

  • Data foundation: Establishing a robust data infrastructure that supports credit assessment process. This involves identifying relevant data sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity to facilitate accurate credit risk measurement
  • Process optimization: Streamlining and optimizing workflows. This includes identifying areas for improvement, automating manual tasks, and implementing efficient data collection and analysis techniques to expedite the assessment and decision-making processes
  • Compliance adherence: Ensuring that all credit assessment comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • User-friendly interfaces: Designing user-friendly interfaces that enhance the usability of credit assessment processes. This includes simplifying complex procedures, incorporating intuitive data visualization, and gathering user feedback to continually improve the user experience
  • Collaboration and knowledge sharing: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as risk management and credit analysts, to align credit assessment with organizational objectives. Sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights to foster continuous improvement and ensure a comprehensive understanding of credit risk factors
  • Continuous improvement: Monitoring the performance of credit assessment identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing iterative improvements. Staying informed about industry developments and regulatory updates to proactively adapt and refine the assessment and decision-making approaches
  • Data analysis and reporting: Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and apply solutions to operational use cases

By focusing on these responsibilities, you contribute to the development of robust and efficient processes for credit assessments. This enables accurate credit risk measurement, adherence to compliance requirements, and informed decision-making, ultimately supporting the organization's credit evaluation and risk management objectives.

 

You’ll join a strong Nordic team of change & process specialists working closely together cross border. Roles can be based in either Stockholm, Helsinki or Oslo

To succeed in these roles, we believe that you typically have:

  • Experience in business analysis and/or product ownership and/or data analysis
  • Ability to drive technological advancements in credit processes
  • Experience in credit analysis: Well-founded experience in credit analysis/credit experience is relevant. This may include solid understanding of credit risk factors, financial statement analysis, industry analysis, and credit rating methodologies
  • Process optimization: Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and project management can be beneficial. Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: The ability to analyse complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions is crucial. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically are essential for effective credit assessment
  • Collaboration and communication: Effective collaboration and communication skills are necessary for working with cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, and presenting findings and recommendations. This includes the ability to translate technical or business concepts into clear and concise explanations
  • Like to challenge the status quo and eager to continuously improve

 

Your experience and background:

  • Documented drive to promote change from either projects and/or changes within business processes and technology
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, business administration, risk management, relevant data education or a related disciplines
  • A professional level of English and a local language, both written and spoken
