About this opportunity

Welcome to the High Risk Execution Leadership team. We are part of the High Risk Service Domain, which provides functionality to Nordea legal entities and associated business lines with default management and days past due capability to support high risk customer management in line with the ECB regulation. The High Risk Execution Leadership team is a team of highly skilled project leaders who drive and deliver change initiatives within a scaled agile environment. As the Senior Project Leader, you’ll play a valuable role in in ensuring the team you work with lives agile values and principles to secure the team delivery objectives.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and guiding the scrum team as a servant leader for the team to achieve its goals 
  • Working to remove impediments and blockers to secure delivery 
  • Providing transparency – relevant, clear and accurate metrics  
  • Proactively demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth delivery 
  • Proactively manage stakeholders and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable, and transparent manner 
  • Ensure execution and team efficiency by leading and coaching development team members to achieve the desired outcome 
  • Together with the team create a fun work environment  


You’ll join a a team of highly skilled project leaders who drive and deliver change initiatives within the scaled agile environment of the High Risk SD.The role is based in Høje Taastrup; Copenhagen; Helsinki; Stockholm.

Your experience and background: 

  • University degree ideally in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
  • Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Management experience, SAFe knowledge is an advantage
  • Management and/or experience of leading a team in an agile/project set-up
  • Standards, methods and tools for Agile ways of working and project management 
  • Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex issues 
  • Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships 
  • Strong facilitation skills
