We are looking for a Business Risk Manager to support data privacy projects and change initiatives that mitigate data privacy risks in Transaction Banking. This is permanent and full-time position.
About our team
Meet the Business Risk Management team in Transaction Banking within Business Banking.
Our role is to support the business units developing and operating our cash management, cards and trade solutions products and services, with tools, governance and reporting as foundations for the business units or risk owners to take risk based decisions.
Our team plays an integral role in providing the expertise necessary for Transaction Banking to manage its non-financial risks. We are a currently a team of 15 located in the Nordic countries.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and help ensure completion of activities in implementation of new data privacy processes and controls, for Transaction Banking
- Manage and secure reported or identified data privacy risks or issues are communicated and actions initiated to secure means of mitigating these, for Transaction Banking
- Support and help ensure that new, centralised processes, are effective and support Transaction Banking operations and its value chains; Cash management, Cards and Trade Solutions in data privacy risk management
- Support in data privacy incident management and issue management to help ensure efficient coordination within Transaction Banking and to the areas responsible for operating our products and services
- Support change initiatives in Transaction Banking in assessing data privacy risks while conducting CRMA and PIA
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you have a passion for risk management and data privacy, have professional communication and stakeholders skills, are able to adapt and respond to change and possess the ability to take decisions and initiate action. We believe you are highly organised and pursue to develop your career with us as you grow your experience.
Your background and skills include:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
- English spoken (Professional level) and English written (Professional level)
- Documented work experience within risk management
It would be ideal if you also have:
- Experience from defining and/or executing controls
- Knowledge in GDPR and ePrivacy
- Knowledge of Transaction Banking systems, processes and product
