We are now looking for an Asset Management Process Specialist to manage an end-to-end process managing Nordea´s IT assets to ensure they are correctly used, maintained, registered, and eventually disposed at the end of its life cycle. Furthermore, we rely on financial, contractual, and inventory insights to track and make informed decisions around Nordea`s IT Infrastructure Hardware.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the CTO Service Management team. As Asset Management Process Specialist you’ll play a valuable role as a primary driver for the process of managing Nordea owned IT hardware from the moment it is acquired or deployed until it is eventually disposed
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing asset reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Providing various analysis to Technology units based on Nordea`s asset management tools
- Making sure that all assets are correctly updated in Nordea´s asset register
- Proactive information towards Technology units regarding end of life assets and pre-emptive maintenance cancellation
- Act as the primary contact person for All Invoices sent to Nordea from our suppliers related to IT hardware and maintenance
- Act as a focal point towards our external IT disposal partners
- Arrange and control pick ups when the assets are ready to be disposed
The role is based in Copenhagen.
