Expert IT Security Specialist working with Solution Design

 

We are looking for a Solution Designer/Architect to join Nordea’s Identity Access Management (IAM) area. You will be part of a team designing and implementing IAM solutions and that focus on delivering new functionality for our changing demands. About this opportunity


Welcome to the Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineering team working with development, design  and requirements. We add value by delivering functionality to support the increasing security demands of Nordea as well as underpin the operational and service delivery units of IAM. As a Designer/Architect in Identity & Access Management, you will play a valuable role in maturing our IAM tools, both on the front-end and integrating with existing bank systems on the back-end. You will be part of forming the IAM architecture and solution design by translating business, security and regulatory requirements into short term and long term roadmaps for the IAM framework.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Identify and map current IAM architecture and infrastructure across the IT infrastructure landscape
  • Guide the design, architecture, and integration of the tools in the IAM control framework and secure alignment with Nordea values, goals and security strategy
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the technical IAM platform and ensuring the IAM architecture and solution design remains up to date and effective
  • Support the design, planning, and implementation of application and IT infrastructure on-boarding to the IAM control framework
  • Provide support and expertise to Business Areas and Technology on IAM tool utilisation.
  • Proactively identifying any bridge gaps between IAM goals and technical capabilities

 

The role is based in Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen or in the Tri City Area in Poland.

  • Have experience with architecting and design within the IAM area, as well as troubleshooting IAM issues in a large-scale multisite environment
  • Are comfortable in prioritising and making decisions in complex technical settings
  • Are a good listener and have an analytical skillset that can bring theory into practical usage
  • Strong driving force, being well structured and thorough, and having excellent technical skills
  • Have the ability to work with It-analysts, developers, scrum masters to align on architecture recommendations.

  • Are creative and have a strong desire for innovation and continuous learning to stay current with IAM technology

 

Your experience and background: 

 

  • Subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics relating to both on-premises and cloud enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architectures
  • Participated in design and implementation of Identity and Access Management governance processes and driven IAM standards adoption
  • Review and management of technical IAM security roadmaps
  • Well educated in general aspects of Information Security
  • Experience with SailPoint and CyberArk implementation, or equivalent
  • Good understanding of Multi-Factor authentication and Privileged Access Management
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
  • 8+ years of practical experience in the field of IT is required.  5+ years of direct Information Security experience.
  • Previous experience working with Agile methodology and SAFe is a must
  • Your educational background is master’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
