Would you like to work in an fully Nordic environment as Personal Assistant for Head of Nordea Finance?


We are now looking for a highly committed and motivated Personal Assistant to support Head of Nordea Finance in his daily tasks. You will be working with 1.500 dedicated colleagues in an fast-paced environment and you'll help meet our customers' and partners changing needs.

About this opportunity


What you’ll be doing:

  • You will provide efficient secretarial support and services to Head of Nordea Finance  (like time planning, meeting and travel booking, invoice handling, correspondence and mailing) with high degree of professionalism
  • You´ll handle external and internal contacts with high quality to maintain strong reputation
  • You plan and prioritise in a structured and detailed manner to ensure optimal use of time
  • You provide needed practical support for management meetings to secure smooth execution of meetings


The role is based in Høje Tåstrup in Denmark

Your experience and background: 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken, superior level)
  • Bachelor level education and minimum of 2 years experience in Personal Assistant role
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Experience in invoice handling
  • Experience in event organizing is an advantage
