About this opportunity

Welcome to the Change & Transition area where we are owning and enabling the Requirements Catalogue & the Change, Release and Transition processes in respects of People, Product & Process. We add value by transitioning services to be released safely in production supporting operational stability. You will play a valuable role in our IT landscape supporting the shield of recieving teams, service readiness and enabling the end users.

What you’ll be doing:
•    Promote the services of the Change & Transition area
•    Enabling, support and train our end users
•    Stakeholder management and adoption
•    Contribute to the improvement and connectivity of the processes in the Change&Transition area

 You will join a highly dedicated operational cross border area in the middle of improving and promoting our services – which enables us to balance the strategic work with the operational BAU work. We are situated in Poland (Gdynia), Denmark, Sweeden and Finland with high focus on team spirit, knowledge sharing and supporting each other’s living the Nordea values.). The role is based in one of the Nordic countries.

Your experience and background: 
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Experienced with at least one of the mentioned Nordea standards
•    Familiar with Agile, SAFe and Lean ways of working
•    ITIL certification will be considered an advantage (can be obtained when joining the team)
•    If you have some level of technical skill that is also good
