About this opportunity
 

Your role as an analyst will primary be to secure a compliant well running operational application. This is done by following Nordea's overall guidelines on many different levels. You will work with various vendors, third part suppliers, internal architect, business people, and many others in your daily work. You will be using change management tools, ordering capacity changes etc to the environment. Our IT landscape is never constant, new regulations requirements is our daily work. The majority of the application landscape in this portfolio is delivered from third part suppliers and it will be your role to learn and keep up with the Nordea way of working in order to support, coach, and manage the suppliers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling and coordinating productions issues – solving incidents and problems tickets
  • Handling and coordinating production deployments – managing, and depending on your technical skills, sometimes executing change tickets
  • Handling and coordination ad hoc request from various stakeholders - service requests
  • Building the bridge between third party suppliers and reaching out / interacting with architects, developers and hardware/infrastructure engineers within Nordea
  • Measuring and monitoring the third party suppliers deliveries, monitoring and capabilities
  • Joining our limited On-call schedule
  • Self-driven and not afraid to make canvas call within Nordea to solve problems with unknown solutions
  • Capable of following processes and to build up your own network within Nordea to get things done in a fast and smooth way

 

You’ll join a small team with a strong mindset towards enabling high quality customer and user oriented IT services. The role is based in our Copenhagen office, located in Høje Tåstrup.

Your experience and background: 

  • Experience within managing third party suppliers
  • Work experience with Incidents/ Problems and Changes
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is preferred 
  • Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide occasional on-call support, when upgrading or testing takes place or to solve critical incidents/problems
