Welcome to the Requirement & Analysis team within Liquidity & Asset Liability Management (L&ALM) where we provide our business counterparts with stable and up-to-date digital solutions to keep track of the banks’ balance sheet management capabilities.

About this opportunity
As the Senior IT Analyst, you play a key role in actively contributing to the collaboration between business and IT by driving requirement engineering work end-to-end in the domain. You understand business needs and translate these into tangible requirements that IT can deliver on. You are naturally curious and thrive in diving into complex details while at the same time retaining the overall view.
The role would be based in any one of the following locations: Denmark, Finland, Sweden or Poland.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions
- Eliciting requirements (Functional and non-functional) by co-operating with different stakeholders in a complex environment
- Translate business strategies and business intent into tangible technical requirements for the IT team
- Be responsible for requirements documentation (incl. use cases) and quality improvements
- Supporting testers, developers and operations within the area with a wide variety of tasks, e.g have an active role in solving incidents or engaging with developers to solve issues

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Have a strong analytical background from a similar Analyst position within Business or IT, or as a former developer
- Are a self-driven team player, with excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Are proactive, detail-orientated, quality driven and not afraid of learning new things fast
- Have a problem solving-attitude
- Understand how to include QA thinking into your daily work
- Experience in delivering and understanding SDLC and what it takes to make long lasting robust solutions
- Above normal understanding and usage of SQL & SnowSQL
- Have an understanding of working in a SAFe style environment, and are an active partner in improving our daily processes
- Are fluent in English
It would be ideal (but not a requirement) if you also:
- Have an understanding of accounting principles like (Hedge accounting, IRRBB/CSRBB, LST, DLST)
- Have previous experience working with Balance sheet management tool from FIS
- Worked with Data warehouses and understand ETL processes
- Experience working with visualisation tools/Business intelligence tools
