About our team
Core Technology Change & Delivery team is responsible for the Project & Programme management, the delivery & execution and governance of our Change Initiatives to ensure we meet our commitments in adherence to our Core Technology Operating Model and according to Nordea Delivery Framework
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and financials
- Facilitate governance activities and approval processes, ensuring adherence to internal rules, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report delivery progress and risks timely, proactively identifying issues and risk and escalating where needed to ensure predictable execution
- Uphold project management discipline by promoting a strong delivery culture, ensuring adherence to Core Technology’s change processes and Norea Delivery Guide framework
- Champion change and overcome resistance, showing persistence, pragmatism and optimism to embed ways of working in a complex environment
- Help proactively manage stakeholders within Core Tech and wider and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable and transparent manner

Your background and skills include:
- Proven track record in leading complex IT Programmes, particularly driving Cloud Programme governance, managing Landing Zone implementation and its evolution based on defined requirements and architecture
- Strong experience in defining structured governance on different levels of the organisation and facilitating Programme Steering which includes Senior Leadership
- Ability to translate Cloud platform roadmaps into executable delivery plans to meet our target objectives and commitments. In this role, you will be working with Subject matter experts, architects, operations and portfolio management team in the process
- Very good stakeholder management. Ability to coordinate multi-cloud deliverables (Azure, AWS, GCP), ensuring consistency in governance according to Core Tech Operating Model.
- Good understanding of Cloud Operating Models across Azure, AWS and Google Cloud is a plus
- Very good financial and resource management skills
- Very good analytical skills and attention to detail; able to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Advance presentation skills especially using Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage and drive follow-up actions with stakeholders at all levels, able to bring clarity both in verbal and written communication
- Excellent English skills, both in speaking and writing
- Can do attitude
