We are looking for an Associate Process Specialist to join our Transaction Monitoring Investigators Team in Tallinn. The role is part-time (20h / week) and fixed-term until the end of December 2026.

 

About our team

 

Meet the Transaction Monitoring Investigation team Estonia. The role is part of Nordea’s Financial Crime Compliance area and focuses on identifying and investigating potential money laundering and other financial crime risks.

What you’ll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Entering received data from external stakeholders to our internal systems
  • Financial crime insight: Learn and stay up to date with AML legislation requirements and emerging financial crime trends
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders in Tallinn and across the Nordic countries
  • Working according to Swedish calendar

The role is part-time (50%) and with fixed term till end of December, 2026. Role is located in office based in Tallinn, with an expected presence of 2 days per week in the office. Due to nature of the role, flexibility on working times exist, yet tasks need to be carried out on daily basis.  

 

Who you are

 

This is the right role for you if:

  • You are eager to learn, work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and contribute with a can do attitude
  • You have proven to be consistent, accurate and diligent with your tasks
  • You are comfortable working in a changing environment and collaborating in a team

 

Your background and skills include:

  • Task is entry level job, suitable for example university student  
  • Knowledge of excel is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Understanding of written Swedish at minimum B1 level is anadvantage
