We are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our data‑related, portfolio management, and reporting activities within the credit portfolio area. This is a full‑time permanent position.
About our team
Meet the Credit Risk Business Data Analysis team. We add value by making key portfolio data available, analysing and monitoring its quality, and preparing well‑visualized materials for monitoring and decision‑making.
We are a team of 10 professionals, located in Tallinn, Estonia.

What you’ll be doing
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in processes that contribute to maintaining the highest possible quality of credit portfolio management.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Collecting credit data from different sources;
- Performing data analyses and maintaining databases;
- Identifying root causes of potential data issues;
- Visualizing data, interpreting information, and preparing reports;
- Supporting credit portfolio review processes;
- Participating in improvement initiatives and contributing enhancement solutions.
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you:
- Are a motivated, organized, and diligent team player with constructive ideas;
- Possess strong analytical skills;
- Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to solve challenges;
- Aim to further develop your professional skills.
Your background and skills include:
- At least 3 years of work experience in data analysis and reporting;
- Advanced skills in Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of banking and credit processes;
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration;
- Proficiency in English.
It would be ideal if you also have:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration;
- Skills in Power BI and SQL.
