We are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen data quality governance and support data quality improvement initiatives in the credit portfolio space. We intend to have a full-time employment agreement with our new team member.
About our team
Meet the Credit Risk Business Data Analysis team. We add value by making key data of the portfolio available, analysing, monitoring and improving quality of the data, and preparing well-visualized materials for monitoring purposes. We are a strong team of 10 members and we are located in Tallinn, Estonia.

What you’ll be doing
As the Business Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in processes that are decisive in achieving the highest possible quality of specific data.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Analysing data and executing data quality controlling operations
- Investigating data quality issues in a number of banking systems
- Testing data flows from a quality perspective
- Driving further analyses of root causes
- Suggesting data quality improvement initiatives
- Implementing remediation processes of data quality issues
- Supporting data assets via data governance frameworks
- Participating in data quality and availability enhancement projects
Who you are

Your background and skills include:
- At least 3 years of working experience in a data analysis field
- Experience working with SQL and Excel
- Ability to learn about banking and credit processes quickly
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration
- Proficiency in English
It would be ideal if you also have:
- A Master’s degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration
- Experience working with Python, Power BI and VBA
