About this opportunity

What you will be doing:

• Using your Danish or Norwegian language skills to work with Danish documents and systems, for maintaining the existing loans of the property owners, as well as having dialogues with e.g. PBAs, lawyers and real estate agencies to assist customers selling their properties
• Supporting our stakeholders in communication delivering quality and caring service for our customers
• Bringing your ideas to continuously add value to our customers and improve our process
• Reviewing, analysing and handling different cases of complexity for our customers

Your experience and background:

• Danish or Norwegian language skills (minimum B2 level), English on a communicative level
