We are now looking for a Finnish Customer Support Specialist to join the Finnish Factoring Customer Service.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Finnish Factoring Customer Service team. Factoring Debtor Customer Service Team is a new concept in Nordea Operations Centre Estonia, so you can take part in developing its operations. The job provides a fantastic opportunity to accumulate experience from customer service in B2B environment, which is a great advantage if you later want to take part in developing the operations of Nordea Finance and/or factoring services. 

What you’ll be doing:
-  Your daily tasks include customer service via e-mail and occasionally over phone
-  Deliver professional business specific services regarding factoring process  
- Contribute to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes

The role is based in Tallinn, Estonia. The Nordea Service Centre in Tallinn is providing a variety of different services to other units within the Nordea Group. As “One Nordea Team”, employees in Estonia will be working very closely together with colleagues in the Nordic countries.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Are quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes with optimism
- Have vigilance/attention to detail
- Have enthusiasm for customer service 
- Your experience and background:
- You are fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written and English in communication level
- Comfortable with problem solving and analytical thinking 
- Swedish language skill is a bonus, but not crucial
