We are looking a detail-oriented and reliable Finnish Speaking Process Specialist to join our team to work with Finnish customers on daily execution of Financial Plan assignments.
The position is permanent full-time employment.

 

About our team

 

Meet the Financial Plan FI team. Our role is to provide excellent customer service to our Finnish customers and stakeholders. In Financial Plan Finland team we handle several processes related to savings and investment products for the Finnish Premium and Private Banking customer segments. 

 

The processes include execution of task for buying, selling and exchanging funds, opening and terminating investment subscriptions, opening and closing investment accounts and several Nordea Life and Pensions tasks.

 

Our team is part of Daily Banking Services Finland and we are currently 19 people. Our office is located in Ülemiste City, Tallinn.

What you’ll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Deliver Financial Plan assignment execution
  • Deliver other tasks related to the processes in Financial Plan FI team 
  • Ensure correct and timely execution of your tasks
  • Meet assigned targets according to agreements and customer needs
  • Contribute to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes

  • You have very good Finnish, both spoken and written, and English on a communicative level
  • You have proficient computer skills
  • You have strong work ethic and reliability
  • You have ability to work independently and as a part of team
  • You are a quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts easily
  • You are comfortable with problem solving and have solution-focused mindset
  • You take responsibility and strive in challenging situations 

 

It would be ideal if you also have:

  • Previous experience with investment products
