Welcome to the Workplace Excellence team. We add value by providing a great place to work in a modern, engaging and sustainable community.  As a Business Support Officer you’ll play a valuable role in providing efficient business support to the units at Warsaw locations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively driving multiple development and change management projects across the workplace, securing effective and timely execution and proactively following-up on actions
  • Analysing and interpreting a range of data and insights to form recommendations and make key decisions on different initiatives
  • Working with people and provide value-adding services to Nordea employees
  • Creating, coordinating and implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Cooperation with property managers and external providers 
  • Sourcing projects coordination
  • Managing accesses to the premises 
  • Fixed asset management
  • Supporting Workplace Management’s focus areas and goals

You’ll join a Workplace Management Poland department;  Workplace Excellence Team. The role is based in Warsaw.

Your experience and background: 

  • Experience in a similar position will be an advantage
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
