As a Senior IBM Mainframe developer, you’ll engage with many different stakeholders, so the person we are looking for, is an outgoing individual who is self-motivated and contributes to a good team spirit. You are an experienced and passionate developer always seeking the best solution.

Your main responsibility is to work as developer in the Nordea´s Cards area. (Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay. Google Pay, Samsung pay, ATM etc.)

The team is based in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Poland.

We are looking for people in all our Polish locations - Łódź, Warsaw, Gdańsk/Gdynia or with willingness to relocate to one of aforementioned.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and implementing changes in Cards area (Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay. Google Pay, Samsung pay, ATM etc.)
• Working in an agile team 
• Cooperating with other internal and external stakeholders

Your experience and background: 

• At least 4 years of experience in Software Development
• Knowledge and hands on experience of IBM Mainframe development, COBOL, Endevor, DB2 and CICS 
• Strong cards domain specific knowledge
• Nice to have experience on Adabas and IMS
• Good communications skills and proactive attitude
• Professional skills on English 
• Share actively your knowledge and experience to strengthen our team’s performance and skills 
• Experience with SAFe-/agile methodology 
• Experience in Test Driven Development and knows how actively use the system development life cycle in your daily work
