We are now looking for a Process expert to make sure that our Technology services are prepared to survive crisis or disaster situations and continue to support our customers, by ensuring that our groupwide risk reduction initiatives are implemented in IT Continuity

We add value by: 

  • Making Business – IT Agreements for Applications and Infrastructure parameters to set levels for failover and restore capabilities 
  • Making Disaster Recovery Documentation including failover and restore manuals, for the most important Applications and Infrastructure in the Bank 
  • Planning and driving execution of failover tests individually for Applications which need to raise their resiliency level 
  • Planning and driving execution of Applications and Infrastructure Restore from backup tests 

 

As the IT Continuity Process Driver, you will play a key role in making sure that IT Continuity takes part in our risk reduction initiatives and ensures that IT Continuity is involved and gives input to our stakeholders. Ensuring that we have a good overview of where we can contribute to the overall stability of the bank.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Ensuring our IT Continuity processes are updated and aligned with rules and regulations for our area.
  • Collaborating closely with our partners in the bank, to ensure that IT Continuity is in sync with the overall BCCM strategic direction
  • Be primary driver and responsible to maintain the overview of our activities towards the bank´s risk reduction programme and report on the progress

 

You'll join a IT Continuity area that protects IT stability for the most important services in the Bank by making sure that our Technology services are prepared to survive crisis or disaster situations and continue to run. The team is currently based in both Gdynia in Poland and in Taastrup in Denmark.

Your experience and background - not requirements but will be considered an advantage:

  • Experience as Process Owner
  • Experience working in projects and reporting on progress
  • Technical knowledge or experience working with IT Continuity
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
