We are now looking for a regulatory expert to make sure that IT Continuity in the bank are prepared to survive crisis or disaster situations and continue to support the Bank by adhering to both national and international rules and requirements.

About this opportunity 

 

Welcome to the IT Continuity area. We add value by: 

  • Making Service Level Agreements for Applications and Infrastructure parameters to set target failover and restore capabilities
  • Maintaining Disaster Recovery Documentation including failover and restore manuals, for the most important Applications and Infrastructure in the Bank
  • Planning and driving execution of Data Centre failover tests
  • Planning and driving execution of Applications and Infrastructure Restore from backup tests
     

As the IT Continuity Regulatory Expert, you will play a key role in making sure that IT Continuity understands and can comply with all the rules revolving around stability of our Technology Services. You´ll be working in a super interesting area where theory and practice meet.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Be on top of rules and regulations that relates to IT Continuity and Stability, both national as well as international regulations.
  • Get familiar and comfortable with the DORA(Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulations that is currently being implemented in the financial sector.
  • Making sure your team colleagues always know and understand the current rules and what regulatory changes to expect.
  • Collaborate to build and maintain the relationship towards other parts of the bank, where we have overlapping interests
  • Ensuring that the great collaboration across the IT Continuity area continues, by ensuring that we do not build silos and that we utilize all the skills and capabilities available. 
     

You'll join a IT Continuity area that protects IT stability for the most important services in the Bank by making sure that our Technology services are prepared to survive crisis or disaster situations and continue to run. 

 

The team is currently based in both Poland and Denmark.

  • Experienced in reading, understanding and translating regulatory text, so it can be used on a practical level.
  • Fluent in English verbally and in writing on a level that allow to understand and relay regulatory information to your colleagues
  • A team player that overstands the meaning of collaboration and who understands that we are part of a big organization
     

Your experience and background:

  • Experience working with rules and regulations, from a financial and/or technical perspective. 
  • Experience from a role as legal advisor or similar
  • Being the expert on a given area or topic, preferably within IT or Technology
