The offer

 

As the Junior Quantitative Analyst involved in XVA Model Development, you’ll be ensuring model development and continued good performance of Nordea’s accounting XVA models and associated prudential valuation models and techniques. You will be contributing to changing the way we work in an environment with possibilities to introduce new and innovative ideas.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and enhance accounting XVA models.
  • Build tools for monitoring model performance measures and analyse findings.
  • Monitor and control performance of developed models in production.
  • Contribute to ad hoc model risk analysis as input for decision making.
  • Develop and support associated prudential valuation models.

You have:

  • Knowledge of quantitative finance and derivatives pricing models.
  • Good coding skills and preferably experience with JAVA/Python and SQL.
  • Initiative and take responsibility to deliver value adding results.
  • The ability and desire to build your own competencies and share your ideas with others.

 

Your background:

  • You have a degree in Mathematics/Physics/Finance or equivalent quantitative background (Master's or PhD).
  • Have good communication skills, including English as working language (both spoken and written).
