We are looking for a Project Leader who will work in a Scum Master role to help the teams create great products leading international teams, fulfilling business needs with technology solutions, and focus on value creation for our customers.
About our team
Meet the Execution Leadership team. Our role is to act as servant leaders, coaches and mentors of highly specialized Agile Teams at scale to have relevant solutions for right customers at the right time. As a Scrum Master you’ll play a valuable role in this journey.
Our team is a part of Consumer Finance Technology. We are deeply committed to deliver the financial solutions to Nordea customers, to provide them with instant Consumer Loans, Credit Cards and Overdrafts in Digital Channels.

What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role is taking care of our Scrum Teams by:
- Ensuring Scrum process is smooth and transparent
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure agile value delivery
- Managing risks, dependencies and impediments to ensure teams efficiency
- Driving the team to continuously improve and self-organize
- Working with teams to support releases and deployments
- Contributing to Agile Release Train Ways of Working and improvements

Your background and skills include:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT, preferably in a financial sector
- Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
- Experience in agile frameworks proven by successful track record and/or certificates
- Experience of stakeholder's engagement management
- Superior facilitation and coaching skills
- Holder of university master degree
It would be ideal if you also have a knowledge of SAFe framework.
