About this opportunity

Transaction Monitoring, withing Group Financial Crime Prevention is 1st line function detecting Money-laundering, Tax Evasion, & Terrorist Financing through ongoing customer activity monitoring. Our Technology Team is partnering with business to create optimal technology solutions to prevent human suffering caused by financial crime.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure agile value delivery
  • Facilitating Agile Release Train level ceremonies
  • Managing risks, dependencies and impediments to ensure teams efficiency
  • Driving the teams to continuously improve based on the Agile metrics
  • Working with teams to orchestrate releases and deployments
  • Supporting onboarding process for new people


You’ll join a Technology team within Transaction Monitoring Service Domain delivering solutions which are preventing human suffering caused by financial crime. The role is based in Warszawa; Gdańsk; Gdynia; Helsinki; Stockholm.

Your experience and background: 

  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management in IT, including at least 2 years in Agile Roles, preferably in a financial sector
  • Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
  • Experience in agile frameworks proven by successful track record and/or certificates
  • Experience of stakeholder's engagement management
  • Superior facilitation and coaching skills
  • Holder of university master degree
  • Technical background
  • SAFe framework knowledge is an advantage
  • Quantexa platform knowledge is a plus
