Nordea Finance Credit Policy and Change is hiring a Senior Change & Process Specialist to be a functional lead for driving the Nordea Finance’s asset valuation process and driving large change initiatives.

The newly establish position will be responsible for:
- Functional Leadership for Nordea Finance's asset valuation processes:
- Create Nordic alignment by implementing Nordea Finance's Strategic Roadmap.
- Take responsibility for changes made to processes and deliverables.
- Centralizing Nordea Finance's knowledge by ensuring processes are reasoned and well-documented.
- Interact with Vendors and IT-organisation to drive development.
- Change ownership in Business & Credit Risk Management:
- Drive and support in large change initiatives in Nordea Finance, e.g.: implementation of changes to Loan Origination processes and the Credit Customer Life-Cycles.
- Governance of Automated Credit Processes
- Analyse and solve business problems to meet the strategy
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate who has strong experience from project management and IT development, as well knowledgeable on Credit Risk Management as well as general requirements of Capital Requirements Directive and Regulation (CRD) and (CRR).

What you’ll be doing:
- Work with stakeholders from the Nordea Finance Organisation to drive development and implementation of asset valuation processes.
- Work together with stakeholders to translate business requirements into IT development.
- Enhance and centralise the process used for asset valuation.
- Develop reporting and monitoring processes.
- Explore opportunities improve the processes i.e. new data sources and tools.
- Work closely with the Credit Risk Management teams in Nordea Finance and stakeholders across Nordea Group
The role is based in Warsaw.

What you´ll be doing

Your experience and background:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the credit risk management and framework-area or similar risk management experience.
- The job requires good understanding of credit risk in both the Household and Corporate segments.
- Experience from working with IRB-requirements is a plus.
- Relevant Bachelor Degree
- Fluency in English is a must. Familiarity with a Nordic language is a plus
