We are looking for an experienced and detailed oriented Senior Operation Quality Specialist to ensure the highest standards in our operation processes and services.

What you’ll be doing
 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Monitor, assess, and improve operations processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures
  • Analyse and verify data to ensure accuracy & consistency
  • Perform effective data mapping to support various projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery performance
  • Ensure adherence to Service Management framework and best practices

Your background and skills include:

  • Proven experience in IT operations and quality assurance roles
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding self-organization and ability to work independently
  • Deep knowledge of ITSM systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration
  • Project Management skills to plan, organize, and coordinate resources, timelines and deliverables. Familiarity with Agile
  • Excellent English written and spoken

 

It would be ideal if you also have:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT industry
  • Certification in ITIL
