We are looking for a Developer to join our IT Continuity Management (ITSCM) team, working at the intersection of Power Platform, automation, and IT resilience.
In this role, you will build and evolve solutions that support IT Continuity processes—helping ensure that critical systems can be recovered during disruptions and that compliance, reporting, and data flows remain accurate and reliable.

About this opportunity
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) and related tools
- Build and enhance data flows, automations, and applications supporting IT Continuity processes such as reporting, tracking, and governance
- Support and improve IT Continuity tooling and repositories that are used across the organization
- Work on new features, bug fixes, and system stability for IT Continuity solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT Continuity Management, Projects, and Restore Testing teams
- Enable automation and data-driven improvements in areas such as compliance reporting, dashboards, and process tracking
- Participate in discussions, workshops, and initiatives to shape modern ways of working and tool adoption
The role is based in Warszawa. We work in hybrid mode, allowing employees for Home Office to a certain extent (upon generic Nordea guidelines and agreement with the line manager).

Your experience and background (all to be met):
- Professional experience in developing solutions of Microsoft Power Platform, specifically: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- Professional experience in two at least of programming languages: SQL, R, VBA, DAX, Python
- Experienced in working with data of MS SQL Server, SharePoint Online, Dataverse etc.
- Master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
- Troubleshooting solutions and innovating
- Proven work experience with 3+ years in similar role
An advantage: holding the Microsoft Power Platform certificates.
