What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Stakeholder management to align vision and strategy supporting the execution
- Structure governance, roles, accountabilities, responsibilities and reporting
- Execute, maximising business benefits, making transparency of strategic roadmap, status and predictable deliveries
- Involve the organisation through team work and collaboration
- Ask and give feedback to continuously improve people and delivery set-up

We are looking for an excellent strategic project leader with a structured and analytical approach to management who excel in stakeholder management, value creation, planning and problem solving.
You should be a reliable, result-driven self-starter, who is well organised, have a knack for both being in the details and seeing the full picture.You are a qualified leader, well versed in project management best practises and methods. You are a fast learner and a strong communicator.
Ideally you like to work in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment, meeting tight deadlines. You are determined and never take "no" for an answer. You take pride in delivering in time and love challenges. You like to enthusiasm people, coach and support them. You can both cooperate in a pragmatic way and make demands. You are prepared to invest yourself in the role, to grow and give what it takes.
We value your personality and that you have the right leadership approach. You need to be highly competent with planning, dependency and risk management.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills are necessary as well as the ability to work independently and as a team member. Fluent written and verbal English is expected.

- Very strong stakeholder management skill
- Strategic orientation driving for value maximization
- A strong networker with many and excellent relations in the Bank
- Self-motivated, sees opportunities, dares to take fast decisions
- Structured, analytical and a natural leader
- Attention to details in multiple knowledge domains and how those impacts across
- Drive to lead what needs to be researched and developed independently
Your background and skills include:
- +15 years of proven track record Programme and Project Management within Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Documented track record from Data Governance Frameworks, incl. BCBS239 regulation with detailed know-how
- Documented track record with extensive senior stakeholder management at Enterprise level
- Ability to drive and formulate “what good looks like” independently
- Operational Excellence background
- Project Management certification IPMA A or B
- Master university degree
- Fluent in one or several Nordic languages and English
- Credit management process know-how
