Are you a final year student or graduate looking for an interesting start to your banking career? We are looking for passionate and collaborative, people ready to learn and adapt for our Internship Programme that would last up to 6 months. This is a part-time opportunity (up to 35 hours/week) to accommodate your university schedule, with the possibility later on of becoming a permanent member of the team.
Currently we are looking for Interns within Group Operational Risk (GOR) in Nordea. You can join Monitoring, Reporting & Analytics Team and develop your skills and knowledge on operational risk management.
At GOR you will learn about the bank’s compliance with regulations and internal rules, limits & guidelines on operational risk. This includes control, analysis and reporting of risk exposures. You will have an opportunity to learn how operational risk exposure can me measured and modelled. Furthermore you might be engaged in cooperation with various units and agreeing solutions with them.

Your profile and background:
- Knowledge about banking and finance, and basics of risk management
- Strong MS Office skills (including Excel)
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, SAS, VBA, Power BI or similar would be a benefit but is not a prerequisite
- Passion for technology and an interest in IT solutions used for data processing and data analytics
- Interests in implementation of regulatory requirements and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Fluency in English
