We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who combines strong hands-on development skills with solid architectural capabilities to take a technical leadership role in the Standardised Corporate Loans hub, offering a full-time permanent employment agreement.

About our team
Meet the Standardized Corporate Loans team. Our role is to evolve end-to-end loan origination and credit assessment processes with increased self-service and straight-through-processing that supports both regulatory requirements and future business capabilities.
What you'll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Define the architecture runway for the Standardised Corporate Loans Hub and lead the design of complex, business-critical software solutions
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, robust, and compliant technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on architecture decisions, design principles, and best practices
- Drive adoption of modern architectural approaches, including microservices, monolith, and event-driven architectures
- Conduct architecture and design reviews, identify technical risks early, and actively drive mitigation actions
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you are a senior technical leader who thrives on combining hands-on development with strategic architectural thinking, enjoys guiding teams through complex technical challenges, and is passionate about building scalable, maintainable solutions in a regulated enterprise environment.
Your background and skills include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software development, including experience leading or guiding development teams
- Strong hands-on experience with software architecture and system design
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and service-based architectures
- Experience with workflow engines or Business Process Management (BPM) platforms and cloud platforms
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience with event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Pega, Camunda, Temporal, Zeebe, or similar
- Experience designing highly scalable enterprise systems
