Welcome to the MarTech & Sales Hub at Nordea. We build the bank of tomorrow by enabling technology and tools to drive digital sales and servicing across different business areas and our four markets. Our unit covers operations from data enablement all the way to front-end development with the ambition to provide our customers with personalized sales and servicing. The role will have the following key responsibilities:
- This is a key role of improving Nordea’s experience management for both customers and employees
- You will be an agile lead for our Experience Management Integrations team with the focus of leading the agile team that develops the Experience Management platform, integrations, related applications and microservices
- You will be responsible for and own the technical foundation and capabilities for Experience, and you will focus on Qualtrics migration, enablement and expansion
- You will collaborate with the product manager, other product owners, application owner and the operations team, as well as the business enablement team that work with onboarding new users and use cases after development work is finished
Together with your team, you will:
- Take ownership in long-term product vision for Qualtrics and experience management at Nordea
- Serve as the primary liaison between the development team, architects, business enablement team and the stakeholders
- Drive structured analysis to understand the requirements and needs, and formalize and communicate them clearly to the team
- Capture feature requests and business opportunities in the backlog, facilitate prioritization, and break down epics and features with the development team
- Identify risks and dependencies and make sure they are owned and worked on
- Model and understand end-to-end survey and feedback processes involving several applications
- Facilitate E2E walk-throughs and user acceptance testing
- Build and maintain the team level roadmap and guide the team to the right direction
- Ensure professional and close co-operation with internal stakeholders, acting as an Experience Management ambassador
The role is based in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, or Norway.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Hands-on experience on Qualtrics, survey design and web-app projects, workflows, reports and dashboards
- Have an idea how to fit Qualtrics in the landscape and what are the different options for connecting to the other applications
- Have an idea how to expand and enable Qualtrics for different parts of the business, related both to customers and employees
- Are a senior profile experienced in strategy level thinking who can support us developing the strategy and plans that move us forward
- Possess a consulting mindset focusing on identifying and solving problems
- Have an understanding for the Nordea application landscape especially related to customer information
- Have knowledge on data platforms, data management, integrations and APIs
- Customer-centric mindset, understanding of customer journeys
- Technical understanding, especially on SaaS and APIs
It would be great if you also:
- Possess a strong team-spirit and collaborative personality ensuring coordination within the team
- Are confident in stakeholder management
- Have a solid analytical approach and ability to work independently with high level of responsibility
- Proven to be a structured planner, a strong facilitator as well as presenter and communicator
- 5+ years' experience with digital development in an agile setup (SAFe is an advantage)
- You have a degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or similar. Equivalent years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- You are fluent in English and ideally one other Nordic language

Experience with Qualtrics is a requirement. Experience with the other tools (e.g. from following vendors or similar: SAS, Adobe, Salesforce or Microsoft) is considered a strong plus.
